Now Hiring: Digital Die Cutter Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay: $18.00–$20.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Die Cutter Operator to join a growing production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating digital die cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using technology, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Previous print industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate digital die cutting equipment according to production specifications
• Monitor machine performance to ensure clean, accurate cuts and defect-free products
• Inspect finished materials to verify quality standards are met
• Read and interpret work orders and production instructions
• Use a computer or tablet to access job information and machine settings
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Print or converting experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
